One of the strengths of Maryland Institute for Dialogue is its strong connection to the community it lives within and its passion to serve it. Throughout the year, Maryland Institute for Dialogue organizes community-based activities in cooperation with other community organizations such as churches, synagogues, and centers of various religious and cultural backgrounds. These activities include events such as seminars, celebration of different religious and national days, exhibitions and art performances. During these events, participants of different cultural and religious backgrounds learn about different cultures, beliefs and traditions.
